This policy outlines our procedures and terms for shipping devices and parts. Please read it carefully before sending a device for repair or placing an order for parts that require shipping.

 

1. Shipping for Mail-In Repairs

 

If you are mailing a device to us for repair, please follow these guidelines:

  • Packaging: It is your responsibility to package your device securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a sturdy box with ample padding and a bubble-wrap envelope. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping to our location.

  • Shipping Method: We highly recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service, We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit to us.

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping costs to our store. We will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired device to your provided address.

  • Turnaround Time: The repair turnaround time begins once we receive and inspect your device, not when it is shipped. We will notify you upon receipt of your package.

 

2. Shipping for Parts Orders

 

If you are purchasing parts from us for shipment, the following terms apply:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Carriers: We use a variety of reliable shipping carriers TTPOST, CSF to ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently. The carrier used will depend on the destination, package size, and the shipping option you select at checkout.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, its destination, and the shipping method you choose.

  • Tracking: All orders will be provided with a tracking number via email as soon as the package is shipped. This allows you to monitor the delivery status of your order.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided for each shipping option at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. International Shipping

 

At this time, we primarily serve customers within the Trinidad and Tobago and do not offer international shipping for parts or mail-in repairs.

 

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

 

  • Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided. We will assist you by providing any necessary information, but we are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged package and its contents and contact us immediately. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

5. Incorrect Address

 

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of your order or repair submission. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.
